In the past, the Eagan store troubleshooted an issue with my pedals that was very customer focused which is why I signed up for the Freewheel customer rewards program. I would love to see Freewheel take on more 'boutique' bike brands.

They can be a little expensive in the repair area, I’d recommend buying a better bike if you are taking yours in too much. Getting properly fitted is so important, it can make your ride so much more comfortable.
Buy the cushy seat, seat covers, racks, fenders, anything that will help you enjoy your time.

I ride a Trex FX3. It is very reliable and a real joy for me to ride. I have been very happy with the service I've had performed, keeping the bike in top shape. The employees I've delt with have always been polite, knowledgeable and most helpful. I've relied on their knowledge in purchasing a number of products.
