He also helped me pick out some awesome accessories, and explained the differences in helmets, so I could make an informed choice in that area as well. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Great customer service especially by technicians. I have had very unfortunate year with flat tires & chain issues. So great that I can bring my bike in & it gets prompt attention & I am not out if a bike fir days or weeks.
