Very good dervicey

I was assisted with 2 new bike tires and a road mirror. The team was helpful in choosing the tires. Giving me options to choose from. Getting my tires on in a timely manner. The associates were friendly and answered my questions. When I called back later my questions were answered.

I appreciated all the time the technicians spent thoroughly explaining the parts I needed and how they impacted my rides.

The staff were friendly and they listened to my needs and offered reasonable suggestions. My bike was fixed in one day! I didn’t feel they were try to squeeze every dime out of me like those jerks at Erik’s.

I was in yesterday. The cash register was slow. I was told by the sales consultant that rang me up that he would email my receipt to me. So fat I do not have it. Please email my receipt.

My ebike needed new computer. Matt from Freewheel called bike shop in Ohio where I purchased, ascertained that it is under warranty, called manufacturer who agreed to replace Freewheel's inventory if they repaired my bike w computer from bike already on site, and my bike was ready to p/u later same day. And there was no charge to me. Matt would not accept a tip for his above and beyond service that day so I could have my bike ready for a ride starting 4 days later.
How's that for customer service!
