I ordered a bike rack on-line and it was available the earliest at the Eagan store. They emailed me with updates so I would know when I could pick it up. The salesperson (Corey O, I think) at the store was extremely helpful and showed me how to set it up and use it. He also helped me with some questions about a bike I am interested in test riding and buying. Very good experience overall and would highly recommend.

I brought my bike in for a crash inspection. My bike fell off my bike rack while driving. The staff made sure my bike was once again safe to ride again and had it back to me in a timely manner.

The person I worked with was very helpful, he helped me find a really nice bike, and so far I'm very happy with it. He also helped me pick out some awesome accessories, and explained the differences in helmets, so I could make an informed choice in that area as well. Very knowledgeable and very helpful.
