The service technician was very responsive to my needs. He quickly solved my issue. That does not always happen on a bike repair.
Fast and curtious
The staff (especially the management) are good listeners and problem solvers that give multiple options if possible. I've had some unusual situations occur and felt confident that solutions provided by the shop were the best way to solve the problem(s) on the backside of the issue.
I feel like I get excellent Customer service and top notch treatment, every time I walk into the Eagan store…and this is regardless of whom I am dealing with. Unfortunately, I can’t say this about the other bike shop in Eagan? Keep up the excellent work, Freewheel…you are definitely my preferred shop in Eagan!

Blake and Tyson were great to deal in both of my bike purchases. They are both very reputable and helped me be more informed in my purchase decision. In the past, the Eagan store troubleshooted an issue with my pedals that was very customer focused which is why I signed up for the Freewheel customer rewards program. I would love to see Freewheel take on more 'boutique' bike brands.

I never feel like they are guessing. I have confidence that they will take care of any issues that come up. They can be a little expensive in the repair area, I’d recommend buying a better bike if you are taking yours in too much. Getting properly fitted is so important, it can make your ride so much more comfortable.
Buy the cushy seat, seat covers, racks, fenders, anything that will help you enjoy your time.
