Products are great, the service from the young man that helped us was awful. But I did see others there that seemed to have personalities. It would have been a much more enjoyable experience if I worked with one of them.
We walked into the store on Memorial Day less than 1 hour before closing. We were expecting to drop off my bike as we were looking for a new tire and tube. We left the store within 20 minutes with my bike having a new tire/tube. They were very accommodating and educating us about tube punctures from a tire. Then educating us about tires with 3 options. Very friendly and helpful!
