I'm super impressed with the service at this location. They also have never "up sold" us on anything. In fact, I often leave paying less than I thought I would. While we usually buy used bikes, when/if we buy a new one, we'll definitely come to Freewheel Richfield.

The service here is great! Came in with a flat tire. They replace the inner tube a had us out the door in a very short time frame. Price was reasonable for walk in service.

Service is next to perfect. If one store doesn't have it most likely the other stores will. Besides Kevin has the best locations and staff in the metro area. Turnaround is fast and done right.
