The entire experience at this bike shop was positive for us. When looking for e-bikes last year we went to several bike shops in the metro area. We did our research to know the type of e-bike we were looking for (no peddling = no assist) Trek. We are from Woodbury and did stop into the Woodbury Freewheel. At this location for fifteen minutes looking at the floor, never got the sense we were ever going to be helped out. We felt more like an inconvenience in us being in their store. From the moment we walked into the Richfield Freewheel Bike Shop Tom and others working that day welcomed us and assured us they would help us. From the test ride, the sale to coming in for service has been outstanding. Even the communication from phone (calls and text) to email was outstanding. Not the most convenient store for us as we are diving across 494 but would strongly recommend this group of caring, kind and talented people to take care of your bicycle needs.

The service personnel are willing to take on any mechanical challenge to resolve a problem for customers. My mother and I came in to get bicycle extension handles installed on her rollator, which is a fancy walker with a seat and hand brakes for safety. The brakes have cables running internally in the frame tubes making installing the extension handles rather complicated. The sales and service staff were so helpful and friendly solving our issue successfully. They're all great liaisons to the public in the bike community and the neighborhood community!

Always friendly and eager to help! We didn't buy our Trek bikes from this store, but their willingness to help and inform convinced us to consider the Trek brand. We found the exact bike desired (size and style) at the Roseville Freewheel, but without the service and dedication experienced at Richfield, we might have not purchased anything at all. I cannot stress enough the outstanding quality of the employees at Freewheel. We've been to Woodbury and Eagan stores, too and all the guys have been super friendly and helpful. Freewheel is the best bike store chain in the Twin Cities, hands down!

My wife and I came in to ask a for help finding her a new bike. She was a bit apprehensive from past experiences at other stores. The staff here we're friendly and informative. They did not as snobbish as we are fairly new to cycling. Will definitely be coming back.

Freewheel bike has a great selection of bikes and parts. Order online and pickup in store is very easy to use as well!
