I brought my bike in for a tuneup. Tom and the mechanic helped identify what needed to be replaced and which level of service the bike needed. They were attentive to my needs, made recommendations on parts and listened to my thoughts about the bike. The work was completed within a couple of days and the bike looks new again. The sales person that helped me took a lot of time to explain wind trainers, their relative pros and cons and all the additional accessories I might want to consider. He also was happy to talk about other questions I had (i.e., around Zwift) even though they wouldn't contribute to a sale. Knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. Great experience.
Tom helped me figure out how to install a bike rack on the back of a Framed bike purchased from an outdoors shop. He sold me a rack that was perfect, a front mud guard that will keep my son safe from splash, and rigged up a homemade guard over the back tire that worked around the rack. Super friendly. THANK YOU1

I have been to many shops around the Minneapolis/Richfield area for service. At other shops, I bring the bike in, they evaluate in 10-15 minutes, then I have to take the bike home and return to a specific date for service (Erik’s). This is a huge hassle. So I decided to try Freewheel.
For my Freewheel appointment, the bike was evaluated, checkin, serviced in about 24 hours, total. Really fast. This may be due to the time of year, but it was refreshing experience.
