Entered the store with two active grandsons (10 & 9 yrs) with many questions (especially regarding costs of individual items and value of the gross inventory of the store). The oldest was set up on a trainer with a video link. We eventually left with the two helmets that we came for. The attendant who took care of us was not fazed by the near chaos . Thanks

I came into the shop immediately after being hit by a car during a ride, and I don’t think the staff realized how much their kindness meant to me. They didn’t just help get my bike back together, they helped me get myself back together enough to make it through the rest of a very difficult day.

Everyone I interacted with was calm, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They treated me like a person first and a customer second, and I’ll remember that for a long time. Their willingness to help someone who was shaken up and injured speaks volumes about the kind of people they are.

I had a great experience buying my Electra Townie E-bike! I don’t know very much about bikes and the guy I worked with never made me feel dumb in spite of some really silly questions. He took some time to understand me and recommended the right products for my abilities. I had done my research and was able to talk through it with him. He gave me good examples of other users who were happy with the Electra Townie. I am very glad I went with a local bike shop that will service the bike and support my questions.

Andrew is the best. I do most of my own work, but if I have to take a bike in, Freewheel Richfield is the only shop I'll go to.
