There is a good selection of accessories and anytime I have needed service or new components, I have gotten help quickly. I like that I get notifications when my bike or something I ordered is ready. The staff is very helpful and really listen. Unlike other shops I have visited, I feel like everyone is committed to helping everyone.

Knowledgable staff, good selection.

Our person helped us out in getting all of our bike accessories and said that my son can come back and they will install the mirror for him. So Josh will be coming back on Wednesday with his bike to get it installed.

You have a skilled work force. What’s equally important is the skilled workforce providing excellent customer service. The two are not mutually exclusive. You can have one without the other but if you do you will loose your customer base over time.
