I was looking for a new bike. I am a member of REI and went there first to look. Very disappointed in their selection. I then went to Scheels and saw the bike I liked, a Trek Roscoe 6. They only had one in stock, but, the frame was too large for me. I then went to Freewheel in Richfield. That was the location I trained at in 1980 when it was Penn Cycle where I worked for several years. I walked in and was met by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I saw the bike that I wanted and was told there were plenty in stock in the size for me. Chad was very helpful and when I picked up the bike the next day, Mark helped me with the delivery. Bikes have changed quite a bit since I worked at Penn and I had a lot of questions about all the new technology. Wonderful staff and selection. I should have stopped there first

I'm super impressed with the service at this location. They also have never "up sold" us on anything. In fact, I often leave paying less than I thought I would. While we usually buy used bikes, when/if we buy a new one, we'll definitely come to Freewheel Richfield.
