Outstanding service. Both Tom and Andrew, at your Richfield store, helped me purchase a new bicycle. They were very informative, welcoming, engaging and patient. They guided me as opposed to selling me. I am really appreciative of their kindness and care.

I honestly can't praise the Richfield location enough.

Likely the main reason I ended up buying a new bike from here was due to an employee being incredibly kind, informative, and helpful. I don't recall his name, but he got me sized and tested. I ended up buying a bike from the Freewheel in Eagan, where my experience was abundantly less good. My girlfriend and I ended up purchasing bikes, for which she wasn't sized, we weren't compared models like I was at the Richfield location; the care the employees have in Richfield is completely incomparable to the Eagan location. (I have had good experiences here, but the bike purchasing was definitely not a good one)

I then came in for a very specific, very small part, which I didn't have an exact measurement for. An employee in Richfield spent several minutes finding the part, and even testing it on my model bike in the store, just to ensure he was giving me something good that would fit.

Whatever the Richfield location is doing different, please keep doing it. I'll go out of my way to come to this location rather than others. I hope those employees are getting the praise they've earned.
