Jamie is the best. His life long commitment to retail bicycle shops is extremely valuable. From simple things like training wheels to complex drive train issues. He approaches them with concern that they are done right. You are the best Jamie.

As s0oon as I walke into the store in Richfield I was met with cheerful faces asking me if they could help me. Tom took his time explaining everything i needed to know at the bicycle i had in mind, as I had done some online research about the Trek brand. Tom was very personable and friendly.
