I have been to many shops around the Minneapolis/Richfield area for service. At other shops, I bring the bike in, they evaluate in 10-15 minutes, then I have to take the bike home and return to a specific date for service (Erik’s). This is a huge hassle. So I decided to try Freewheel.

For my Freewheel appointment, the bike was evaluated, checkin, serviced in about 24 hours, total. Really fast. This may be due to the time of year, but it was refreshing experience.

I have always received friendly and knowledgeable service at Freewheel. I’m not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to bike mechanisms and I particularly like the fact that I’m never talked down to by the good people at Freewheel. They are always very helpful. Recently I came in with an issue I thought might cost considerably and Jamie fixed the problem, saving me what could have been a hefty sum. As I wanted, John was helping another customer and included me in the conversation, sharing bike stories and making the entire store experience enjoyable. John even helped me to my car with my bike. Thanks for being a wonderful service provider in our community!

Great customer service. The team is great at finding solutions to repairs and upgrades on my bikes. Fast turnaround times on bike repairs are always appreciated. Team is friendly and willing to discuss bike related topics.

Staff are always so helpful and chatty. I never feel like they're trying to upsell, so I trust they're judgement. I really appreciate when they go into detail explaining how/why/what to help me understand more about my bike!

Had in stock the exact random thing I needed. Bike tune up was great and they even rewrapped my handlebars which was above and beyond my expectations. Turn around for service was pretty quick too
