They’ve helped me out with repairs on my Velomobiles that a lot of shops probably wouldn’t touch, repairs that I didn’t have the right tools for, and have always gotten the work done quickly and perfectly.

I decided to bring my bike in at the last minute for a quick tune and checkup before heading out of town for a mountain biking adventure. My interaction was primarily with Tom Lais but all the staff there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the willingness to take on this task with the need for a quick turnaround and their genuine concern that my bike be checked out to help ensure that I would have a safe experience. Great work everyone. I will definitely be back for all my biking needs.
