Sales and service folks are always helpful. Yesterday I came in looking to buy some valve cores for my tubeless setup, but they don't sell them. To make sure I didn't walk away empty handed, the service guys just gave me a handful of used ones they'd pulled from bikes they'd worked on. I was able to get my tires back in shape without having to wait for an Amazon order of the valve cores. This kind of service is why I've always trusted the folks at Richfield Penn Cycle-now-Freewheel. Also, they always treat this fat old lady like a real cyclist.
