Very nice people

Despite Freewheel's Richfield location having been a bike shop for decades this was my first visit and hopefully leads to more visits since I bike commute to work not far away. Upon my arrival the staff were wonderful, I felt like I was walking into Freewheel's hospitable West Bank location, they immediately greeted me and asked if I was looking for something in particular. The service was so helpful that in my quest for sealant I failed to explore more of the store - next time!

The 2 employees that we worked with for drop off and pick up of our bike tune ups were fabulous. They were extremely knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell us parts that we really didn’t require.
