Staff at Freewheel answer lots of questions and I got information about how to run tubeless tires on my bike. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and were instrumental in the completion of my project with very little stress.

The Penn Freewheel location is my local bike shop. I LOVE the knowledgable and friendly staff. I can always count on them to help me with any issues - whether it's finding an odd part for an old re-build, or checking out the latest gear. Recently - they helped me pick the right Wahoo bike computer package. It's an expensive purchase and I'm confident I have what I need to meet my training goals (and just enjoy more biking).

Did a great job with our bikes, and actually recommended a lower level service than we had planned on getting, their honesty will make us continue coming back and recommending them to everyone!

Service is excellent! The staff took time to answer all my questions and asked me questions I didn't even think of to understand my preferences. Training on my new e-bike was provided and they made sure I was comfortable before I left the store. I will recommend to all my friends.

I always enjoy working with Richfield's service manager (not positive of his title, but he's been there for years and usually checks in my bike when I bring it in for service). I always trust him that I'm getting what I need but not more than I need. And I just like the store and staff overall. I've bought my last two Trek bikes, accessories, and some apparel at Freewheel and think it's one of the best shops in the Twin Cities!

Byron was ready to help right when we walked in the door! I had already known which bike I wanted from a previous visit to the shop, where I was provided lots of great info on the different types of bikes. This was my first brand new bike where I bought the correct size/fit for me. Byron was super helpful with that, providing me different sizes to ride around outside. I wasn’t aware of what the correct size would feel like and Byron observed me riding the various different sizes and adjusted the bikes for my comfort! It was a very quick and easy process and now I have an amazing new bike that I can ride comfortable and confidently for years to come. I will continue to frequent this shop for all my bike needs. All of the staff is super friendly and were able to help me start my biking journey with a brand new Trek!
