Look, I hate filling these things out. The only reason I'm doing so is that the Richfield shop is so utterly awesome. The guys there are all smart and supportive and skilled. They have made useful recommendations, done brilliant adjustments, and have never once made fun of me for being old, fat, or riding an e-bike. They are just great! They recommended an upgrade to my tires after I got too many flats, and I haven't had a flat since. They recommended the exact right rear view mirror, different than what I thought I wanted, but it was exactly right. They did something with spacers that I do not understand which stopped the chain from jumping off the gears. I just love this place SO MUCH.

John did a great job with my 15 year old son, Colin, who bought a new bike yesterday. John was very thorough and answered all our questions. His commitment to safety was apparent as he helped Colin pick out a helmet.

He threw in a free water bottle.

Colin biked 5 miles yesterday and 11 miles today. SO nice to be off the screens for a bit.
