Professional service all the time
When I brought my bike in with a particular problem, the service folk were friendly and engaged. After a quick check the attendant gave me my range of possibilities and accompanying costs. Within 24-hrs and contacted and told that the problem was minor and was easily rectified. I could have been told that I the more expensive option was needed, but that didn’t occur. Thus, I have a great respect for the honesty and skill of the staff.
Very helpful people at Richfield store. Helped me select replacement pedals, then volunteered to put them on right there. What a great surprise.

Thank you for offering the Sock Guy socks online. These socks have been in my wardrobe for over 25 years as they are functional (don't slip down) and stylish for skiing, biking, walking the dog, casual wear, etc. - too many uses to name. Some of my Sock Guy socks have made it up to 10 years. Miss seeing them in your stores, but online is certainly fine.

Been there twice in the last month in the process of buying 2 bikes. Staff is very knowledgeable. They listen to wants and needs, discuss product to match, make worthwhile suggestions, provide accurate information on products, and insure the initial setup of the bike is right when you take it home.

I bought my Trek bike from Freewheel a couple decades ago and I was interested in getting an e-bike. I liked what Trek had to offer for e-bikes after doing some research and taking some test rides and the staff at Freewheel were very helpful and answered all my curiosities and questions about the e-bike.
The best customer service. Even though your employees are experienced cyclists they don't act like douche-bag wannabe tour de francers. Much appreciated is that you take time for all levels bikers
