The in store service was impeccable from Jamie in the Richfield store. He listened to what I wanted and asked questions I hadn’t thought of before presenting me with a range of options all within my budget. He kindly explained all the pros and differences of each model and even took time to explain questions I’m sure he has had to answer a hundred times that week. I never felt rushed and ended up purchasing a bike that he “found” in the back. It was a model that he had recommended earlier, the Trek Roscoe 7, but as the display model hadn’t been in a color scheme I had liked, I dismissed it. He also took a lot of time to ensure correct fitment and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the bike before I left.
Finally, he helped me safely get the bike on my truck before I left. My experience was top notch from the time I entered to the time I left.
