It is very important for you to know this. When I arrived at freewheel about 3 minutes before the store opened, the younger, beard wearing, giant earring wearing, overweight 20 or 30 something riding a bike first ignored me then told me it was closed. Almost immediately a 50-60 y.o. employee came out and asked me how he could help me. That says it all. FU Mr cool dude with the earring. I'll take the nice older guy who actually knows how to work.
