The bike is a dream and the staff is wonderful.

Fast and accurate

The guy were awesome ! Very fast service! It was a simple service, they took my bike back and got me rolling in 15 minutes. They were also helpful with a few questions i had about my fat tire bike.

I called because I was having an issue with my derailleur. He said to bring it in and that they had openings the upcoming week. I brought it in and they had me up and running in 10 minutes. I was able to get a in a ride that afternoon before the weather turned. A+

Andrew and Mario were both very friendly and knowledgable of the bike. Mario who delivered the bike said he would take care of me in the spring as far as 100 day checkup and the store could answer questions setting the bike up with the apps if issues. Went above and beyond in my opinion to make me feel confident in the Richfield store.
I feel confident in this bike shop that they will stand behind their customers and products and can recommend them!
