Jamie gave a thorough and reliable description of what my bike needed.
I could tell he's a honest, trustworthy person to deal with.
I will only take my bike there from now on.

Tube change. Checked out whole wheel. Thorough check of bike.

Knowledgeable staff, very attentive and helpful but not trying to push you into something beyond your skills or budget. Great selection from brands that are well-known. Clean and well-stocked store with a cool little single track outside for trying out MTBs.

Freewheel takes care of their customers when thinks break/ need adjustment/ or don’t work as advertised. They make everything as convenient as possible to get you back out riding!

I like that I can bring in my bike and it gets looked at right in the front. I also like that the guys will true my wheels on a walk in basis. That is pretty special. I also like when the guys steer me in the right direction. I had picked out a bike lock but the guy (Matt) said that there was a better one and on sale (50%). It was more expensive so it took me awhile to purchase it but I eventually saw the wisdom in purchasing this lock and I have been extremely happy ever since. Another example, I have been looking at buying a truing wheel stand when the guy told me the price, I nearly fainted but the guy gave me a simple hack that I could do if I decide to start truing my own wheels. Lastly, I feel welcomed here. I'm a very large man but no one second guesses that I can ride a bike on trails. This means a lot to me.

The enormous amount of attention and care that the folks provide!
