Quick reasonably priced and you tell it like it is
The staff at Richfield store was super friendly and knowledgeable. I brought in a 2014 Trek bike that had been sitting in a garage for 4 years and looked awful. I knew a recall had been issued years ago but never took care of it or even knew what the recall was. The staff looked it over, found the recall and said all the bike needed was a seasonal tuneup and warranty replacement of recall part. Just $40 and a week later I had my bike back in tip top form. Thank you!
P.S. There are other bike shops closer to my current house but I specifically brought bike to Richfield store (formerly Penn Cycle) because they took care of my kids' bike issues for years when they were growing up in the neighborhood. Same great care that I remember, years later!

Andrew and company are all very ready and happy to assist in my biking needs in terms of bike selection. They are also very happy to assist with any service needs. I have both purchased bikes and used the service area for issues and tuneups. Everything is completed in a timely manner, most of all the service work is done right the first (and only) time.

The man that was working Monday afternoon was knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out in seconds flat. Didn't have time to impulse buy a new bike. haha
