I stopped recently and bought a helmet as I am new to the sport of pedal biking. I was impressed by the young man that helped me pick out an appropriate helmet and fitted me to it. To me that is the most important-Good Customer Service.
The Service Department is excellent! I received a perfect recommendation for a wheel replacement and repair to deal with a problem with my Schwinn Suburban, even though it is at least 50 years old. The works was done for a very reasonable cost. And a young man was nice enough to lift the bike into the back of my Honda Odyssey.
I had a very enjoyable, and trouble free, ride for almost an hour when I got home. The repair worked perfectly as I ran thru all 10 gears. When time to get a first bike for my Grandson, I will be back. Thank you !

We’ve bought all our bikes there (Penn Cycle before it was FW) and love the service. The only thing we didn’t buy there was our rack since you don’t carry Thule. The guys that work there are very helpful and informative and we appreciate it.
