From the online experience to the store I was really impressed. The people were all super friendly (not easy to do with masks on). I requested to have a bike sent over to Woodbury store. It happened fast and I appreciated the personal call. Really cool vibe at the store.
I was looking at a bikes at another chain. Their process and service was impersonal at best. The closest I could get to actually speaking with someone was chat and it wasn’t good.
In any event, I got the bike and the service I expect. The Stache 7 is a hard tail beast that is surprisingly responsive. Love the New Bike Guarantee. Lastly, the recommendation on the trail by Tofte was really appreciated. It’s little stuff like that matters.

The service people asked about me and what I wanted out of the products. They did not rush and made very fair recommendations to my needs. They did not push just the most expensive just because. They wanted me to be satisfied.
I came in on a hot sticky day and the people were really great about getting the bike in quickly. I asked if they could do a turn around in 24 hours because it was for a very sad little girl who was experiencing her parents divorce, and your crew made that happen.
