I dropped off a bike that was shifting gears on its own. I shared that w your rep and also decided to get a bike tune up.
On the first ride after the tune up, the bike shifted on its own. My initial problem that got me into the shop was not fixed.
I stopped in and Mike took care of the issue in five minutes. He is great.
