Always helpful.
The tech/service crew at Freewheel Woodbury is the best! They tell you exactly what is needed and get the parts quickly! They are the only ones I'd let touch my race bike!
Mike is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Freewheel has a great selection of bikes from starting level, casual, to high level, competitive and E bikes, Ben helped me pick out my Trek Verve to and was right on with the sizing. When I came to pick it up, the team was great about helping me make all the adjustments. Mike even helped me load it on my vehicle after realizing I needed to get an additional part for my current bike rack! I also learned a couple tips about greasing the chain and immobilizing the tires when traveling. While bike shops are never inexpensive, Freewheel is a great option as they really help you out and make sure you get what you need.
Willing to assist and provide all the information I needed as a beginner cyclist, including how to set up Shimano Di2 and other bike-related questions. They listened carefully to all of my questions and explained everything clearly. I was very satisfied with my visit to this location, especially compared to my experience at the Eden Prairie location when I first got my RS7.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of products
Super quick, friendly service! I had gotten a puncture the day before and had a race coming up in a few days and they refilled my sealant, put a new valve in my tire, and made sure there were no other punctures all in about 10 minutes. I’ll definitely be back!

They helped us to select bike for our kid. Rep named Sarah was very helpful.
Great knowledgeable staff. Always friendly and helpful when I need a repair or parts. I like the small town bike shop feel.
I have always gotten good service at Freewheel. I left Erik’s for Freewheel. But then the policy changed at Freewheel to service only e-bikes they sold. But the Freewheel guy referred me Watts in Minneapolis. Watts was very good for servicing my e bike and a three wheel fat tire recumbent Trident Trike that needed major repairs. They did a wonderful job for me. However Freewheel is so much closer for me. I will return to Freewheel now that the policy is changed.
Thanks you for fixing my flat tire and the quick turnaround.
very friendly and fixed my problem right on the spot thanks
GREAT customer service! Always willing to help and offer suggestions.
Brian was very helpful in the purchase of new bike. I also like the follow up service you provide with new bikes
Knowledgeable staff. Quick turnaround time for common repairs. Thorough service on tune-ups. Cost of service is worth it when it comes to quality and value. I bring my bike in to Freewheel because I trust their expertise. They’re awesome!
Super friendly and the guys we're working on my bike got it done the same day. Great service and a decent price. Highly recommend

Knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic staff!
However, there are so many locations each with no inventory beyond bikes, no triathlon gear, and no fun t-shirts or hats. I'm willing to visit another location or transfer in an item, but unless a staff member has given significant assistance about an item, I won't order from your "warehouse". I would go to a central warehouse if one existed. Instead, consider having stores continue to carry their critical stock while specializing in an area. Woodbury Freewheel Triathlon & Clothing Hub, Eagan Freewheel & Bikecamping Hub, Richfield Freewheel & Electronics Hub, StP Freewheel & Toolshop. Repeat specialties can be spread apart to serve different areas. Info / training sessions build loyalty and sell high-margin accessories; I only see group rides advertised and I'm terrified of those. (I would go to "How to Ride as a Couple or Group" session and pick up a Trek Varia to synch up.)

I appreciated that the phone was answered by a very polite and accommodating person. We got instant attention when entering the store and had good follow up communication. Our vintage bike was repaired in a timely manner.
