I ordered 2 Salsa Timberjack 24 SUS for my twin boys. Freewheel kept me informed regarding the status and the fact the bikes could not be shipped immediately because they needed to be assembled. They shipped 3 days later. They arrived in perfect condition and all I needed to do was install the pedals and front wheels. My boys are very excited and happy with the new bikes.
