From the online experience to the store I was really impressed. The people were all super friendly (not easy to do with masks on). I requested to have a bike sent over to Woodbury store. It happened fast and I appreciated the personal call. Really cool vibe at the store.
I was looking at a bikes at another chain. Their process and service was impersonal at best. The closest I could get to actually speaking with someone was chat and it wasn’t good.
In any event, I got the bike and the service I expect. The Stache 7 is a hard tail beast that is surprisingly responsive. Love the New Bike Guarantee. Lastly, the recommendation on the trail by Tofte was really appreciated. It’s little stuff like that matters.

The service people asked about me and what I wanted out of the products. They did not rush and made very fair recommendations to my needs. They did not push just the most expensive just because. They wanted me to be satisfied.
I came in on a hot sticky day and the people were really great about getting the bike in quickly. I asked if they could do a turn around in 24 hours because it was for a very sad little girl who was experiencing her parents divorce, and your crew made that happen. She was thrilled to get her bike this week and we are thrilled you were able to make that happen! Thank you ever so much!!

I live in a small river town 120 miles south of the metro area. Rear brake pads wore out, the weekend was near. Panic started to set in, I might not be able to bike this weekend .....no local bike shops were able to assist.. Called several bike shops in the twin cities metro area. None of them would take phone calls. A neighbor who has a vacation home near me suggested Freewheel Bike. I called Freewheel bike, they answered their phone, were very courteous, friendly and willing to help. The much needed parts were in stock. My neighbor who suggested Freewheel Bike picked up the parts and delivered them when he arrived for the weekend. Pads were installed in minutes.

Brian, the salesperson I worked with in Woodbury, was knowledgeable and helpful. Partway through my visit, he mentioned a mountain bike that I might be interested in that staff was building. He checked in back and learned that they just finished building It and offered me a test ride. The mountain bike was great and long story short, I bought the bike, some new pedals, a helmet, and a couple of other items. Thanks, Brian, and thanks Freewheel! I am a satisfied customer.

Could have upsold me on accessories the bike didn't come with, i.e. Kickstand, water bottle, etc.
My normal bike shop throws in some swag when I buy from them.
Your store did adjust the seat for me and gave me 2 minute overview on the bike and some follow on maintenance services.
Staff seemed nice and knowledgeable and the store clean and well kept up.
I think the pandemic has everyone a little off their game.
