I live near downtown Mpls.. When I checked the repair turn around calendar Woodbury was days ahead of other Freewheel shops as well as REI Roseville and Maplewood. I was pleasantly surprised when I went over to FW Woodbury for an assessment and was told that it could be done in a day. It turned out to be some derailleur and cable tweaking but I was ready to take my place in the repair line up. 24 hours later it was done and done well. Friendly service at FW Woodbury also appreciated. Keep up the good work there!

Good selection of parts and accessories, fair pricing. Items that are special ordered usually arrive in store very quickly, faster than ordering from online retailers.

Communication on the status of orders has always been excellent from the time the order gets processed to when it's ready for pickup. Staff are great at giving periodic updates on larger orders where items are shipping from multiple locations.

Mike, the bike mechanic who performed my bicycle service/repair, was so thorough and explained everything to me. His exceptional professionalism was appreciated as I made decisions about the repairs. When I picked up the bike, Mike recapped the work performed and gave me information about maintenance/upkeep at home so I can have a top performing bicycle at all times.

I walked in without an appointment and was able to be seen right away. The crew did a quick tuneup on my bike and was able to use it over the weekend. Great service and I bought a few great products to go with it.
