I had a hard time finding a specific saddle bag at other local bike shops. Freewheel had a whole row of the specific bag I was looking for! I then placed an online order for a few things. It turns out one item was not available. I got a phone call a few minutes after placing my online order from an employee at the Woodbury shop who helped figure out a solution for the order. The items shipped very quickly! I would definitely recommend freewheel to friends, family, and strangers and i will be back for any other cycle supplies I need. New customer for life right here!

Honestly, This was the best service I’ve had in a long time. I believe the guy who helped me was Paul F. - at the Woodbury location. I got a Kuat bike rack and he helped me with finding a compatible lock. It was the display model so there were a few loose bolts that he tightened up for me. He even helped me save a little cash by signing me up for the fanatics club. Fantastic service and I’ll try to always go to Freewheel now instead of being lazy and buying anything via Amazon.
