Sorry to see Penn go but nice you guys took over. Just wish you were a little closer to Hastings, but in my semi-retirement I get to Woodbury on my bus route with Hastings Bus so that's nice. Shop looks great. Like the Bontrager line. I've bought a lot of it! I go way back with you guys to when you were in a house in S Mpls! That dates me. Lot of your staff weren't even born yet. Keep riding! I miss my group rides with TCBC this year but hopefully next year we'll be talking about something other than Covid and back to group riding. Thanks
Stopped in unannounced with a flat tire and I was out the door in 10 minutes with it fixed.

I was very grateful for the service I received from Freewheel bike. I needed a very specific tire for my son and didn't want to drive everywhere to look for it. Some other bike shops in town don't answer their phone (their recording actually says, look at the website or come into the store). I was able to speak with someone on the west side of town who told me Woodbury had what I was looking for. I called the Woodbury store, they confirmed it was what I needed and they got the tires on my son's bike within 24 hours. This was my first experience with Freewheel and I will definitely shop there again!
I appreciate that you were able to get us fixed the same day!! My grandsons bike was dropped and it bent the derailleur so the bike was out of commission. I brought it in and one hour later he was riding again. I can't thank you enough for keeping everyone happy!!
