Quite a variety and no pressure comfortable shopping. Staff good about social distance protocol. Knowledgeable staff we had purchased 2 20 in kids bikes form a big box store , however one of the bikes seized up. Took both back and tried freewheel , you had both a girl and boy 20 inch at 30.00 more than big box and a much better, lighter bike. Not over priced so we bought one of each. Pleased overall with freewheel!

Great bike buying experience. Explained the bike features and let me take the bike out for a ride. Showed me how to remove my tire etc. Free adjustment after the first 100 miles and free tune up next year with my purchase.

I am a long time customer for purchasing bikes and equipment and getting service performed on my bikes.
I dropped off a bike that was shifting gears on its own. I shared that w your rep and also decided to get a bike tune up.
On the first ride after the tune up, the bike shifted on its own. My initial problem that got me into the shop was not fixed.
I stopped in and Mike took care of the issue in five minutes. He is great.
It would have been better if the rep who took my bike in made note of the reason I brought it in. It would have saved me an extra trip into the store. Thanks.
I came in with a special request on six custom wheels and the mechanic Todd got it done on time even though they were extremely difficult to work with.

We feel very satisfied with our purchases because we were never rushed, never pressured and well attended to.
