Takes the time to explain and show technical things on the bike itself as well as going above and beyond when helping the customer. Not keen on the social distancing BS but understand why. This was our first time in your woodbury location and I was impressed with the selection and also the knowledgeable staff. There was a line of people outside, but our sales person (Brendan) was super patient and answered all of our questions. My son loves his new bike and has barely been in the house since we bought it and was inspired by Brendan to try biking to school.

Work is always fast and quality and I shouldn’t say this but I am always surprised at the low price. I have spent hours trying to fix my bike and you fix it for a few dollars.
