I was looking for some tires I saw online and went the store , the were not in stock. The sales clerk looked up and found the tires at another location and had them transferred so I could see them and I ended up buying them. Super easy great service. Thanks
The 3 or 4 employees I talked to and worked with were so helpful discussing options, fitting and selecting a new bike for my daughter. I never felt like they were a gear heads talking over my head or talking down to me or bored talking kids bikes. They Were just no nonsense down to earth good folks happy to talk bikes at any level for anyone. Now that my daughter is old enough we are getting back into mountain biking and I have certainly found the shop where my family will be going for all our gear and service in the future.
My first experience with this shop. I live in Nevada and ordered an Orbea Oiz MTB. I chose them as I couldn't find a 2021 model in any other shop or online. While I was initially a bit leery to order such an expense bike from a shop that I don't know I had a great experience. Before completing the purchase I had several detailed and very helpful conversation with the team via phone and chat - exceptional customer service and very friendly staff. Since I was about to leave town for a few days they made sure that they shipped the bike almost immediately so that I received it right before I left. Bike arrived in perfect condition an is exactly as described. Great experience - I highly recommend this shop!
