I was very grateful for the service I received from Freewheel bike. I needed a very specific tire for my son and didn't want to drive everywhere to look for it. Some other bike shops in town don't answer their phone (their recording actually says, look at the website or come into the store). I was able to speak with someone on the west side of town who told me Woodbury had what I was looking for. I called the Woodbury store, they confirmed it was what I needed and they got the tires on my son's bike within 24 hours. This was my first experience with Freewheel and I will definitely shop there again!
I appreciate that you were able to get us fixed the same day!! My grandsons bike was dropped and it bent the derailleur so the bike was out of commission. I brought it in and one hour later he was riding again. I can't thank you enough for keeping everyone happy!!

I’ve been going to the Eagan location because I live closer but I will 100% make the trip to Woodbury. Service was much better, employees were better, bike was fixed right the first time. So happy

I was not aware that you had changed to winter hours Saturday. I got to the store at 5:05 and the closed sign was posted,The staff saw me in the parking lot, opened up again and I was able to get what I needed and save a trip back on Sunday.

I have always received excellent service from Mike Davis at Freewheel in Woodbury. I went looking for a trainer stand, he showed me the options and went over the advantages of each. I have bought 4 bicycles from there, and will certainly go there first and check with Mike Davis if I decide to buy another one.
