They generally have what I need.
I had just purchased a new "used" bike and wanted it checked over to make sure nothing needed to be done on it. I brought it in and they looked at it right away for no charge. I did end up purchasing a seat and couple other items that I needed and same day installation as well as fitting me for the bike. I still also have my other bike which I purchased several years ago with with them and it's still a keeper as well.

As a large player in the market, having the ability to obtain a now difficult to acquire product, though at the chagrin of smaller local dealers I'd expect.
A knowledgeable and courteous staff who knows their products well and are as every bike shop employee I've dealt with enthusiasts themselves with an innate understanding of what it means to find bliss with/on a bicycle.
Bikers generally have sensible mindsets, all in all fine humans to hang around with.
