Came in with a bent rim. Employee took the problem on quickly, analyzed, attempted most cost-effective repair. When that didn't work, brainstormed with me alternate solutions. When I decided to go with a new rim, he assembled it quickly and... boom... I was on my way. Excellent, knowledgeable, courteous customer service. Bravo!
