I feel that your employees were very knowledgeable (although one individual did seem a little arrogant), and they were quite helpful. I like the selection you had available. You seemed to have the best selection among the bike shops we visited.

I have two choices in Woodbury. Eric's or Freewheel. The crew at the Woodbury store has always stepped up for any maintenance needs that I can't tackle on my own. They go out of their way to get the job done right, quickly, and affordably. They are always my first choice when I need work done on my Mountain Bike, even if it's a brand you don't carry.
