As a large player in the market, having the ability to obtain a now difficult to acquire product, though at the chagrin of smaller local dealers I'd expect.
A knowledgeable and courteous staff who knows their products well and are as every bike shop employee I've dealt with enthusiasts themselves with an innate understanding of what it means to find bliss with/on a bicycle.
Bikers generally have sensible mindsets, all in all fine humans to hang around with.

Paul took the time to answer all my questions, explain the bikes front to back, from the components to valves in the tires. Very knowledgeable and professional which ultimately led me to buying a nicer bike than anticipated and feeling great about it. Look forward to returning for my next purchase.

I like the Bontrager line of products as well as all the other product lines, including bikes that you sell. The real reason I come to your shop is the service. The work is always done well, the customer service is top notch, and the real reason I come there is Mike. He is extremely knowledgeable, very nice, and makes me feel like I'm getting the best service possible. I drive 25 miles each way to use this shop when I have an Erik's Bike Shop 1 mile away. I would stop using Woodbury Freewheel if Mike left and went elsewhere. I really hope you pay/treat him extremely well. Thanks!
