The person helping me was very kind. I was not bombarded when I walked in the store but approached in a very nice way while looking for tools. I was able to pull up a picture of a specific, not as popular tool and he helped me find it in a second. The atmosphere of the store was calm and everyone was very nice to work with.

The sales person Lee was very knowledgeable and got me sized for a bike, and actually had a used bike that he was able to make some adjustments to, recommend a handlebars them riser, and the bike worked out beautifully for me.Stevan the mechanic, tuned up the bike and went through it, installed the new handlebar risers stem and shifter and brake cables, got everything all adjust it and it works beautifully.
