I was very impressed at the friendliness and expertise of the staff. As with most hobbies and sports it can be quite intimidating for for those starting out and not knowing much about anything. I'm terrible with names but the gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and a great listener. He actively listen to my thoughts and needs and then steered me in the right direction. He even went so far to measure my foot for shoes and explained the process of how cycling shoes work and how they are incorporated into the pedal. He graciously offered to install the cleats on the new shoes and explained how to install the pedals and use the adjustment screw for the cleat release. He also took the liberty to sign me up for the Freewheel Fanatics in order to save me some extra money in the long run. This one amazing interaction has made me a loyal customer for life.

I love that they showed my son (and myself) exactly what the problem was, and then showed my son how to fix the problem so he could take care of the repair independently.
