Mike has worked on my Ice trike 3 times and have always been totally satisfied with his work and his follow up on status.
I typically do not like dealing with people that work in local bike shops due to the judgment that you get when you talk about the bike you currently own (I have a Schwinn Axum DP that for me stated on mtn biking that I built up over the past year). That said, since I spent 3k on a bike everyone at your shop seems to respect you. Funny how that works.
