I like the Bontrager line of products as well as all the other product lines, including bikes that you sell. The real reason I come to your shop is the service. The work is always done well, the customer service is top notch, and the real reason I come there is Mike. He is extremely knowledgeable, very nice, and makes me feel like I'm getting the best service possible. I drive 25 miles each way to use this shop when I have an Erik's Bike Shop 1 mile away. I would stop using Woodbury Freewheel if Mike left and went elsewhere. I really hope you pay/treat him extremely well. Thanks!
