I feel that your employees were very knowledgeable (although one individual did seem a little arrogant), and they were quite helpful. I like the selection you had available. You seemed to have the best selection among the bike shops we visited.

They go out of their way to get the job done right, quickly, and affordably. They are always my first choice when I need work done on my Mountain Bike, even if it's a brand you don't carry.
