Wanted to have an aftermarket bar installed on my Madone, which has the factory bar currently. Talked to Mike (mechanic at Woodbury) about the idea and he helped flesh out plan and ordered a bunch of parts for the installation.
He really did a GREAT job on the handlebar installation and while the bike was there, he replaced the BB and did some other maintenance work. I've been a cyclist for a long time and have done business with most of the local shops. Mike is a real asset for Freewheel and he's part of the reason I keep coming back. Always open to talk about ideas and is a top notch mechanic.
The other reason I like Freeweheel is because Trek seems to treat their customers well. They're a little more expensive than other brands but worth it, IMO.

Unfortunate for the small Trek dealers though it is, your buying power gets hard to obtain products into the stores for consumers near or far.
