The staff i encountered were exceptional in today's retail. Both men gave excellent descriptions of what they were going to to do and why. The first thing I said to my wife after my last visit was, "If we ever need a new bike we have to buy it at Freewheel." I believe we will get excellent advice and direction

Super helpful employees. They were incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. I appreciated that the individual we were working with talked to me and asked me questions instead of just speaking to my husband (who is the more knowledgeable bike person in our family).
