I purchased a bike last week. The sales person was very helpful. He took the time to fully explain my options and I found a bike I really like.
I called them inquiring about a certain bike and they informed me that they had it but it was still in a box. Mike then told me he would possibly come in before the store opens to get it put together so I could purchase before the busy weekend. Sure enough he got the bike assembled and my husband picked up the next day. Quick, fast and reliable service! During these uncertain times they made sure to stand out and provide great customer service! Thank you

Pretty responsive crew at the Woodbury store. I had an issue with a bike I brought in over the winter for tune up (nothing really wrong,,just like to keep the bike in great shape). I finally got a chance to ride the bike this month and discovered after the tune up that it had problems shifting from the big chain ring to the middle one. I called the Woodbury shop where the work had been done and they advised me the COVID-19 procedure they were using to service bikes. I dropped it off and they called an hour later after putting the bike on the repair stand and had me describe my issue..which they had already determined before they called me. I came back and picked up by smooth shifting bike.
