I received the products I ordered pretty quickly (considering coronavirus). I was a little concerned when the first product arrived and the package label said just "1 of 1" - as if the second product was skipped. However, I soon received a second shipping notice, and then the second package. Soon all was good in the end.

Team was proactive in reaching out to me when a bike I ordered online wouldn't be available at the location I selected for a few days and gave me multiple options (including suggesting the next closest one to my house) and then they had it ready that night and even proactively informed me and processed a refund for lower tax because it was in Woodbury instead of Mpls. I got there in a downpour but they had it ready and brought it out and were genuinely excited for me when I told them it was my first "good" road bike. Great experience. I will suggest you guys all over.

The service was great. Not for speed specifically although getting the product from another store was efficient. It wasn’t a big order but the interaction was outstanding. The lady who called about arrival and delivered to my car was a treat. Mike who took one call was also very engaged and pleasant.

I ordered 2 Salsa Timberjack 24 SUS for my twin boys. Freewheel kept me informed regarding the status and the fact the bikes could not be shipped immediately because they needed to be assembled. They shipped 3 days later. They arrived in perfect condition and all I needed to do was install the pedals and front wheels. My boys are very excited and happy with the new bikes. Great job Freewheel.
