Great service!! This was our first time buying bikes of higher quality. Due to this Covid-19 pandemic services were limited, however all the staff were taking the proper precautions and answered all of our questions. This was a big investment for us and we are very pleased with our purchases. We would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!

The service was top-notch. Our sales clerk was knowledgeable, patient and never tried to push products or “up sell” us anything. Mike was the name of our clerk. Mike was very kind to my shy 13 year old granddaughter. He went the extra mile to find a bike that she was thrilled with. While he immediately installed fenders, a kick stand and bottle holder, we left and when we returned in an hour the bike was all set! Mike happily loaded it into our truck.
I appreciated the fact that the storeroom doors were locked and that we were welcomed inside when a salesman was available. This allowed for “social distancing” and a pleasant shopping experience!

First time customer here. Called on Saturday, knew what I wanted. Salesperson in Roseville looked up the bike and found one in Woodbury for me and took care of the rest. No transfers or anything. Went to Woodbury when it was ready to pick it up and out. Amazing service! All during the Covid crisis. They were amazing!

I had my 100 mile tune up performed at the Woodbury location. The mechanic did a phenomenal job in making sure everything on my bike was performing flawless. I had asked about moving my seat up a little bit and they had me sit on the bike and get the correct height. They have great service and are super friendly. I’m thankful to have them near me.
