Todd was super helpful in finding a solution that would work for my fat bike free hub. We look at ever option for a discontinued hub and replacement parts. Todd was able to order up some parts for a little experiment, have them delivered same day (even waited to ensure they made it after hours) and called immediately when they arrived. All this was done to get me back on the bike for a fresh snow day ride!! By the way, the pawls worked perfect! Todd save me $$ while helping get my bike up and running ASAP.
