Making my 15,000 mile service appointment online for my Buick was easy. I got in very quickly for my preferred Saturday. The accommodations in the Hyundai* lounge are very pleasing. There is a lot of room with refreshments to eat and drink while you wait. Several furniture arrangements fill the space, two flat screens and desk space with outlets if needed are available. My service technician answered the questions I had about GM service points, coupons and rebates. A paper and digital copy of services is provided. I have been using Don Franklin for 14 years. This is my fourth vehicle.
*Buick is currently being remodeled. Service performed in Hyundai service department.
